Delivery Packages are delivered as quickly as possible in order to provide the customer with the best possible service. Once we have received payment, your package will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 days, depending on the country.
Packages are delivered in Belgium and neighbouring countries Germany, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia.
Packages up to 30 kg are sent via our courier DPD. Large or heavy parcels are delivered by the transport company HEPPNER.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel and the country. For Belgium and the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €100 excluding VAT and up to 30 kg.
